Juha Herttuainen

Juha Herttuainen is from Finland, where he trains guide dogs. Juha has worked in this field for many years and has trained more than 240 guide dogs. His work and achievements have been recognised with an award from the Finnish President in 2011. Since 1989, he has provided assistance training guide dogs and trainers and with the establishment of a school in Estonia, and now he is also providing help in Latvia. In Daugavpils in 2003, the first ever guide dog in Latvia was prepared with Juha’s financial and practical support. It would be hard for the association to exist without Juha’s professional knowledge and financial support from a number of Finns.
