Meet TEODORS!

Teodors was born on 14 April 2010. He is a white coloured Labrador Retriever. Up to the age of eight months, he lived in a foster family with three children. After undergoing testing and
an X-ray, he began 16 months of training to become a guide dog. The training was carried out not only in Latvia, but also in Estonia and Finland. At Christmas 2011, Teodors met Aleksejs
and chose him as his new master. Together, this pair not only function successfully in daily life, but have also participated in the LNT show “Golden Paw” where they finished 2nd, in the Lithuanian Television show “Cosmopet”, and in an international guide dog competition in Finland in which they also finished 2nd.

All costs related to Teodors were covered by the association’s founder and dog handler Zaiga Kļaviņa with donors from Finland, since 2014 the association are provided for the dog’s care and nutrition for the rest of his life.
